I was recently approached by some friends of ours to capture aerial footage of their house extension project. They are currently undergoing a private construction project to expand their home, and they wanted to document the progress from a unique perspective.

Deal Pier in Kent
Deal Pier is the last remaining fully intact leisure pier in Kent. It is the third pier to exist in Deal and was opened in November 1957 by the Duke of Edinburgh. Its structure was extensively refurbished and repaired in 1997, with work including the replacement of much of the concrete cladding on the pier's main piles. Work began in April 2008 to construct a new pier-head with a modern restaurant which opened the same year.

Safety
Accordance with CAA Operation Authorisation requirements. Pre-flight surveys and risk assessments take the guessing out of safety which is our number one priority for our operations before commiting to the client request using unmanned UAV aircraft.
If the client requests a practical date & time they should be aware of changing weather conditions against the drone limitions could pospone the flight for another day as safety of the pilot and non invloved members of the public come first.
